Phone Call from supposidely Amazon personal
I received a phone call and the person said that he was my Amazon account manager. I was surprised as I did not receive an email for such information. I told him that well, I do not know you and I cannot just open up myself to you by your statement. I requested him to send me an email.
I am sharing this here for your advice. There are so many phone calls going on here and there and some are good and others are not. Do amazon assign sellers to account managers? I do I know that this person is truly my account manager designated by Amazon?

Happy you brought this to Seller Forums! In my opinion, it was very wise to be cautious. Amazon does have Account Managers that are assigned to assist sellers and vendors. However, this is a paid service that the seller/vendor would have signed up for with Amazon and not an action initiated by Amazon.
