Brand Approval Rejected

I have been trying for the past two months to get brand approval. Despite submitting all required and authentic documents multiple times, my application keeps getting rejected with the same response each time.

I would like to clarify that I have a Letter of Authorization directly from the brand owner, explicitly allowing me to sell their products. I have also attached valid invoices for the items, all issued by the brand owner or their authorized distributor. These are original documents, not altered or fabricated in any way.

The brand owner has no objection to me selling their products on Amazon. If there are any doubts about the authenticity of these documents or my authorization, I kindly request that your team contact the brand owner directly to verify.

Please review my case carefully and let me know if there’s any additional information or documentation I can provide to support this approval. I sincerely request your assistance in resolving this issue, as I’ve been facing the same rejection despite meeting all requirements.

Thank you

Report Amazon to your governments regulators for anti-competitive business practices. Things will only change if we take action against evil stuff like this.

I agree completely with everything great baby has said, Amazon needs to regulated & fined to high hell for these anti-competitive business practices.

This business was built on the backs of independent sellers, without us to give options to consumers in the first place & give Amazon the volume it has. They would have never gotten the brand deals their getting now.

This is a sad example of how life is getting harder & harder for the little guy & how large corporations are acting monopolisticly to kill competition & raise prices for consumers. Amazon doesn't want good prices & a competitive market, the less sellers there are, the more Amazon gets in fees.

I would be happy if regular people start scamming Sold By Amazon listings with return fraud in protest I cant legally say I'd engage myself. But if Amazon wants to start selling themselves while kicking independent sellers off the platform, I can assure you that I'm going to make sure they never profit from me. Not that I'd be returning broken stuff & keeping the new item or anything like that, I would never use their return policy as a make shift lifetime warranty for my old goods because that would be very very wrong.
