Incorrect sizing tier by amazon FBA

Amazon is over-charging me for my shipment through their FBA fees as they categorised me in the wrong sizing tier. Please help as the case request support person is not able to help me and keeps 'remeasuring' and confirming there is no refund for us, but they don't understand that it is TIERED wrong, the measurements are correct, but based on the table here from amazon: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GABBX6GZPA8MSZGW?referral=A38NA7I1KA3PGV_A2WNLZGVUTJT4T#wjz_cjc_jcb-4

My product should be charged for 5 OZ of shipping weight: $3.40 USD which falls under 'small standard'. But i am being charged $4.08 and tiered under 'large standard' .

Package Dimensions 3.7 x 2.6 x 1.42 inches

Package Weight 0.26 pounds

FBA Fulfillment Fees 4.08 USD

shipping weight: 5.00 oz

unit weight: 4.17 oz

dimensional weight: 1.56 oz

Despite repeated attempts they keep confirming below measurements, and won't help me correct the tier so i don't get charged extra. Has anyone else faced this and can you help me understand if i am misunderstanding anything here?

Hi @Seller_SKgzkAQt3XNa8,

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help! I can see the team is currently working on resolving this issue with you in the case ending in 881. I do believe I know why this is happening though. For small standard size the shortest side cannot be greater than .75 inches. I can see that for the shortest side its 1.42 inches, which is what is pushing it into Large Standard. I have attached a picture of the table below:
