Amazon Attribution Issue: Product doesn't show up when we create a campaign.

So we run ads outside Amazon and want to track and attributes sale generate to those ads. But when we create a campaign through "Amazon Attribution" in our Seller Central account, our product doesn't show up when we search of it using its ASIN. In reading the link sent to us by the Amazon rep, it says that the problem might be due to brand-to-product mapping in Brand Registry. Where do you exactly map that? Not sure where we can check if it' mapped, and if not, establish the link. Any ideas? Any other seller have this problem? Or is Amazon Attribution simply broken?

Hi there @Seller_gnrgJAI8cvF1g

Mapping is done by having the brand of the ASIN match the brand that's enrolled in Brand Registry! Although very uncommon, I have seen it in the past where ASINs become unmapped for some reason. If you have the case ID of the case you were talking to support, I'd be happy to double check this!

I do not have access to look into Ad Support cases so if it is one, I recommend opening one up with regular Seller Support and then giving me that ID.
