List of Veeqo issues
We have been trying to migrate to Veeqo, but it has several issues
1) Updating Supplier for demand forecast doesn't update right after we make the change. This is probably due to using AWS? This inconvenience. slows down our use of the demand forecast tool.
2) Filter by supplier in demand forecast often returns zero results even when there are results that should populate.
3) Can't change the label ship from address based sales channel. This could cause a violation of Amazon terms of use. Critical problem.
4) Can't customize content on shipping labels. We need "DO NOT BEND" placed on labels. Adding this to labels in compliance with USPS helps to reduce damaged packages.
5) Unable to batch packing lists and labels based on internal criteria. We have thousands of products, often 100 ft away from each other in a warehouse.. We must be able to batch order pulling so our employees don't have to walk from one side of the warehouse to the other all day long. This inefficiency triples our labor time.

Hello @Seller_HH57ZbA7Hx0Ks
Thank you for sharing that feedback about your Veeqo experience.
I shared those comments with our Veeqo partner team, and I will follow back up with any suggestions or updates they have to offer.

I have been trying to sound the alarm about Veeqo for a while now. Here is my latest Post.
I don't know how Amazon supports something that malfunctions this badly. It's an utter JOKE!
We went full in thinking that if Amazon backed it they would deal with there issues. Completely my BAD!
To anyone reading this STAY AWAY from veeqo. It is riddled with defects and they DO NOT fix them!

They are trying to do things that are out of their league and then do not have the resources to support/fix issues that arise. So basically if you want a free way to update inventory levels and create shipping labels that give you OTDR protection, then that is all they are good for. Reports are inaccurate and like others say, they do nothing to fix anything...just throw all these bugs on the "feature request" pile so they can close the support cases..

Hey, I am the CEO of Veeqo and wanted to give you a reply, thanks for the feedback:
1 & 2 - we would need to dig into your exact case, might be other filters are blocking returning something for the supplier.
3 - You can per sales channel decide which location/warehouse to ship from for those orders. You can do that in the channel settings. (i.e. so for Amazon FBM ship from NYC warehouse and for Shopify ship from Boston warehouse)
4 - You can add 11 different data items on to a shipping label, this guide explain all the options. For standard custom msg like you want, you could use rules to add that as a customer note to every order that comes in, and then show customer note on the label.
5 -You can create unlimited order views, each view has 25 different filter criteria to decide which orders goes into that view. You can then sort by product bin location or SKU to make sure the team are not walking back and forth. We are also working on fixed batches features currently so track what is happening per batch rather than in a dynamic view.
