How can hijackers / piggybackers be reported without first completing a test buy?
Our listing contains trademarked names and images. A listing hijacker / piggybacker has started selling under our ASIN. We have completed a test buy, but the product may not reach us for another month. Is there another way to report this to Amazon? We do not sell to others and we know this is a counterfeit, knock-off, but we are losing all of our sales until the test buy product arrives.
What is most frustrating is this is very deceptive to buyers. When they click on the hijackers listing, OUR trademarked name, storefront AND small business badge appears on the listing. There has to be a better way to combat this fraud!

Have your lawyer send them a cease and desist letter, for starters, send them your own via Amazon messaging. Make sure it looks professional. Since they are in China....best of luck. Are you in brand registry?

Its possible to remove manually and insider. Have more secure method. I already remove the Hijacker using this method.

Hello @Seller_V8nXkCAj3876a,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist. In order to better assist, I would appreciate a bit of clarification. Are you experiencing hijacking, where another seller is changing information on the detail page of an ASIN for which you are the brand owner? Or, are you experiencing another sellers offer on a listing page that you created and are the brand owner of?
I also encourage you to review the "We Do Not Enforce," section of the Report Infringement form as this will better describe why other sellers can have an offer on a listing that you created.
Hope this helps in the interim, until you receive the test buy. In addition, I notices that your TM's are still pending and because of this, you will not be able to report the product as counterfeit in Brand Registry, but rather my recommendation is to report abuse via the Account Health dashboard.
I find the Intellectual Property for Rights Owners help page although robust, very helpful for types and how to report infringement.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best, Dougal
