Any Canadian sellers use Loomis delivery?
Loomis is currently priced better than Purolator so I thought I'd give them a try. But when I enter the tracking number, a combination of letters and numbers, Amazon says it is not a valid tracking number. Is there a trick to them, maybe only part of it?? Any insight from other Loomis users? Thanks!

Not a Loomis user, but here are the VTR help files:
sellercentral.amazon.ca/help/hub/reference/G201817070
sellercentral.amazon.ca/help/hub/reference/G202014610
Also, have you checked the tracking number with Loomis -- copy and paste what amazon.ca is rejecting into the Loomis tracking system.

We use Loomis regularly. The silly trick we figured out is to put the word ground in all caps. Its silly but if you don't amazon will flag it as bad tracking and it will show up on your report. Also, they like to mix zeroes with the letter O so watch for that.

I have run into the same thing.
I even put loomis in as "Other" and it wouldn't even accept it, it said to select Loomis, so I did, and put in the tracking number, and it said it was invalid.
So i simply just don't use Loomis or any of their same company variants that much anymore, as I can't fall under 95% VTR

Loomis is Canpar, Strongly suggest not to use them both as if anything goes wrong you are not protected for any type of A to Z claim, Or clients complaining they did not receive. You pay for what you get. If price is the issue use Canada Post instead. If you are using purolator speak to your account manager for cooperate discounts etc and don't limit to one courier open accounts with UPS, FEdEx DHL and Canada Post. P.S also use a ship service like shipstation and connect your store to it. It will prevent tracking number errors.

I just put Tracking number and carrier name and leave the service option empty and it works for me 100%VTR

We do use Loomis for shipping Amazon and have no issues with it. If you are using handwritten labels for shipping with Loomis those are not recognized with the Amazon tracking system. You would need to register with Loomis for the Webship system or the older laser system to get recognizable tracking numbers for Amazon.
Also Loomis and Canpar are not the same company, they are sister companies. If you are shipping Loomis choose Loomis in the drop down, choosing Canpar will net you an invalid tracking result.
