Refund reversal

Hi, I issued a refund to a customer that did not receive her item. A few days later she tells me it showed up...is there anyway to reverse the refund?

In these situations, you need to follow what is indicated in the Help Page Refunds FAQ.

Refer to the last question, I mistakenly refunded an order. What happens now? If you refunded a buyer by mistake, you can contact the buyer to check if they will allow their credit card to be recharged by Amazon. We can recharge the buyer's credit card for the order only if we receive the request directly from the buyer. If the buyer agrees to a recharge, ask them to contact Amazon Customer Service. Once the buyer's card has been recharged, the amount will appear as a credit in your Payments account.
