Dear Amazon Seller Support,

We are writing regarding Order ID: 702-6419847-1979444.

The order was shipped as expected, and the customer later contacted us via the buyer-seller messaging system stating that they did not like the quality of the chairs. As this was clearly a change of mind and not related to product damage, incorrect item, or delayed delivery, we informed the customer that they would be responsible for the return shipping charges.

We received the item back in good condition and processed a partial refund, deducting a reasonable restocking fee as per our return policy.

However, we were surprised to see that Amazon issued a full refund to the customer and additionally deducted the return shipping cost from our account which the customer initially paid to shipping company.

This decision is unfair and does not align with Amazon's return policy for "buyer's remorse" or "change of mind" returns. As sellers, we understand and accept responsibility in cases of damage, incorrect items, or late deliveries—but this case clearly does not fall under those categories.

We respectfully request that you reimburse the return shipping cost that was unjustly deducted from our account.
