Reshipping unsellable defective product
Hello Seller community,
We had a recent situation where a customer posted a negative experience in Customer Feedback... the following is what he wrote;
"Package had been cut open and taped closed with a different tape (very obvious) the product inside had been removed and repackage in the box it was very sloppy. There was visible dirt and debris on the item inside the box. I have taken pictures and would gladly submit them. I will wait for a response from the seller.
It is unbelievable and astounding that FBA would ship a product in this condition to a consumer. We work very hard and take pride in offering consumers great products that provide exceptional value. We never thought we would experience something like this working with such as consumer centric organization such as Amazon. And even though we indirectly responded to this consumer the experience still makes us look bad even though it was Amazon's fault.
And the unfortunate thing is that this is not the first case of its kind. We have had other incidents where FBA shipped out clearly used, damaged and unsellable returned products to customers.
Amazon has to do better.

Hey @Seller_fvIxOzSnepPfh,
I've helped seller in the past with feedback removal issues, I can certainty help here, but may I ask, did you already tried to raise a case to our seller support department to remove it from your feedback manager page?
I can further escalate the situation if an attempt of appeal was initiated by you.
Will wait on your comments on this.
