Trademark Logo Misuse NHL? (Hockey Cards)
So recently I have had to delete 2 listings for officially licensed NHL cards because of apparent Trademark Logo Misuse NHL (NHL). 1 card for example was of GABE VILARDI, and there was a small NHL logo on the back-bottom of the card because it is an officially licensed card as stated. I have not used the NHL logo on its own and the only time NHL appears in the product detail page is when it is an available selection from a drop-down box. Is there any other way to deal with this than just deleting the item? I mean several sellers have numerous cards that I have checked with the small NHL logo on an image for the back of listed cards....they all have permission to use?

ASIN: B0D5B36BG6 is the listing that is suspected for example.

As long as you have a permission letter to use NHL's trademark on your product and an official reseller authorization, then you'll be good to go.
You say they're officially licensed, so just provide the licensing agreement to Amazon and they will remove the violation.

Deleting stuff doesn't solve violations. The violations will be there for 180 days or until you successfully appeal the violation.
The listing isn't going to come back after 180 days until Amazon receives proof from the Upper Deck Company that they are officially licensed from the NHL.
If they are indeed officially licensed, and you purchased from authorized distribution, then there should be no issues of them proving this to you.

If you used a a word, symbol, design, or combination of the same that a company uses to identify goods and services anywhere within your listing (title, product detail page, including the drop-down box) you are infringing the Intellectual Property Policy for Sellers.
In order for you to be able to use copyrighted, trademarked or patented content you will need to possess one of the following documents:
- Invoices proving the authenticity of your products (you may remove pricing information); OR
- Amazon order IDs demonstrating product authenticity; OR
- A licensing agreement or an authorization letter from the rights owner (cannot be a forwarded email); OR
- A court order finding that your product does not infringe the asserted IP, or that the asserted IP is invalid or unenforceable.
In some cases you can also acknowledge the violation on your account health dashboard. This action will remove the violation from your account health page but doing that you will not be able to sell that product on Amazon in the future.
Please visit the page Intellectual Property Policy for Sellers for more information.
The forums community and I are committed to assisting you. Feel free to share how we can support you moving forward.
Wish you all the best,
Nikki
