My FBM submissions were unfairly disabled due to dropshipping policy.
Hello everyone,
On March 20, 2023, my account's FBM submissions were closed. Later, I stated that I would ship in accordance with dropshipping policies, submitted the necessary documents and the precautions I would take to Amazon, and my account was activated again. From this date on, I never went outside the dropshipping policies until April 24, 2023, when my account's FBM shipments were closed again. Despite this, my account was not reactivated. I have all my documents and proof of delivery for all my orders. Today, I submitted an appeal again on the account health page.
Can you help with this? I think injustice has been done.
Kind regards,

Where are you sourcing products? Please don't say Amazon to sell on Amazon.....

So, you went outside the dropshipping policies before March 20th, and you got suspended. You managed to get yourself reactivated, by promising to take precautions and then you went outside the dropshipping policies again and got suspended on April 24th, 34 days later?
Of course they aren't going to reactivate you. You promised not to do it again and you did it again within a month.
Where are you sourcing your products and what courier are you using for delivery?

There's the problem, that is outside of policy.
Purchasing products from Amazon.com is not in accordance with policy. They are a retailer, not a wholesale distributor.

This is why you got suspended! You CANNOT source from Amazon to sell to an Amazon customer.

Hello @Seller_oUdjYJfNGLeEP
Thank you for the information provided regarding the current status of the account and the steps that have been taken up to this point. You mention having sourced your product from our platform to sell to your customers, be aware that utilizing our platform to fulfill your orders is considered a violation. How do you ensure that you are the seller of record? Does the product come to you before the customer?
If our team finds a repeated violation of the drop shipping policy, they may not be able to reactivate the seller-fulfilled ability. In this situation, you will still have the option for our fulfillment services. You can attempt to provide all of the information you have regarding your compliance, but we cannot guarantee this will result in a reactivation of your ability.
If you have any other details or concerns, continue to refer here for support.
Best,
Atlas
