AZ lists UniUni in the shipping menu, has anyone rectified account disabling VTR hits from using them unknowingly?

We in good faith have selected carriers from the drop-down menu, and made the lethal mistake of using the "UniUni" drop-down service multiple times, now that we've learned this is potentially a category disabling mistake.

We received a single VTR hit, and immediately stopped using UniUni, but it is too late. Is there any hope Amazon will take any of this into account, considering the integration in the drop-down menu, a place Amazon points to look for safe carriers?

Amazon's official status is Uni Uni isn't fully integrated yet. If you go to the help page of listed carriers, they aren't there.
