I am using Chitchats service for domestic shipments within Canada. Chitchats used INTELCOM before and now since 2 months they are using GTA GSM. I started using courior GTA GSM and recently received an email that my valid tracking is gone to 16% where as it is supposed to be 75%.

I contacted Chitchats about this issue and they said both INTELCOM and GTA GSM are same you can use either to track the package.

According to them Amazon may not recognize GTA GSM so start using INTELCOM.

Any input from friends using Chitchat service for Canadian shipments can guide me on this issue please?
