Other seller using my list but send other product

I'm dealing with sellers who are using my ASIN to send similar products to Amazon FBA. They are sending their products to Amazon FBA, but not mine - instead, they are sending a similar product. I've gathered this information from customer feedback stating they didn't receive the product they expected. Amazon's response to the feedback is not helpful: "This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience."

As the brand owner, I am unable to sell my own products, and I find myself constantly competing with other sellers to reduce the price.

Reporting the violation has not been helpful, and ordering the item as proof is not a feasible solution because there are a lot of sellers doing the same thing. I'm at a loss for what to do. Should I remove all FBA if I cannot sell the products?

The question about your situation I have is if you're brand registered with Amazon and have a registered trademark with the USPTO?

If you are the brand or rights owner and were the creator of the ASIN, you may be able to use our infringement report form to ensure the appropriate teams are involved, rather than just reporting a violation, as these are very different processes. The help page I linked also offers guidance and steps on how to fill out the form properly.

I am additionally passing your concerns to our community managers to review your situation and follow up if they can offer any additional guidance. If you have already attempted reaching out to brand registry, do you have any related cases you can provide for them to look into?
