I created account five months ago and got it verified.

Now as inventory is in the warehouse, I was asked for re verification, after providing required information verification was completed, but account was still inactive.

I contacted support but they had no idea why this was happening.

After some days I was asked to add additional details in a document. After I did it, account is showing verified, but is still in active, tried contacting support and was asked to wait for some days.

I don't know why is this happening.

Could you please provide support with this?
