Inventory is stranded

My Amazon account shows verified when I click on Reactivate account, but the inventory remains stranded. Reached out to Amazon seller support, but not helpful.

Including the case id: 18055693321. Any kind of response or help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I was able to review the case ID you provided, and do see our team sent some further information on July 3rd through your 'Performance Notifications in your account. If you navigate to 'Performance' on the left hand menu then select 'Performance Notifications' you should be able to find the additional information requested and how to submit further information to Amazon through that notification.
