Thank you for your post. As mentioned, you received a request for a letter of authorization.
You mentioned getting an authorization letter (LOA) from your manufacturer, as a quick question, is the manufacturer the brand or rights owner for the product? The reason I ask is our letter of authorization requirements can be very specific on who issued the document. I would recommend checking out our letter of authorization help page, which offers guidance on what an acceptable LOA requires.
