Self Attestation
Amazon is INSANE.
I have been selling on Amazon (in Canada) for almost 10 years. We are an incorporated company with one director / owner.
We have sent self attestation letter. Each time it is rejected as being deficient but NO ONE AT AMAZON WILL SAY WHAT THE ISSUE ACTUALLY IS. They send a link to follow. The link is beyond vague. It does say there is a sample letter link to follow, but the sample link leads to a "file does not exist" thank you Amazon).
When they respond to your help question they give you this list of what your letter should contain
1. Your company's official letterhead
2. Full legal business name:
3. Your Amazon seller account details
4. A clear statement attesting to your identity and business information
5. A comprehensive description of your business activities
6. Your signature and the current date
My letter has all this yet still insufficient. NO ONE WILL TELL ME WHAT (if anything) IS ACTUALLY WRONG WITH MY LETTER.
When will AMAZON learn that no specific feedback is frustratingly useless?
Are there any human beings working at Amazon that can actually resolve concerns?

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent issues that you have had with the self-attestation verification. I know this process can be difficult to navigate so I do want to get you more details. I have submitted a request to get more information from another team and am waiting to see if there are any details that are available.
