Why are none of my product eligible for best deals anymore?

Hi,

I used to run a lot of best deals on my best selling products and they really helped pushed my sales.

All of a sudden, none of my products are eligible for best deals. My best selling product is ranked 6th in its category and I am not able to push that ranking because my competitors can run deals and I can't. It really is not a level playing field.

Could someone please explain to me what to do to get my products eligible for best deals again?

However, can you please confirm that you have sought assistance via Seller Support previously on this concern? If so, please do provide that Case ID for me. Also, can you please tell me what ASINs are impacted? This is necessary for any review into why that particular product is ineligible. Meanwhile, please review the deal recommendation guidelines here to ensure you/your items meet the basic requirements for a deals recommendation.
