Required Assistance for Business Identity Verification and Secondary User Access Issues
Hi
Business identity verification has been pending for the past two weeks on the Amazon Canada marketplace. This delay is causing significant disruptions to our operations, particularly as we have a large inventory ready for shipment from China. Additionally, from January 24th, shipping services in China will be unavailable due to the Spring Festival, with vacations lasting until mid-February. Our entire investment is at stake.
Furthermore, we are unable to share secondary (child account) access with partners due to the following error message: "Verification errored. We have encountered a technical issue at our end and will revert back shortly.
We have contacted seller support through various channels, but we are continuously put in a loop without a resolution. Additionally, we have opened a case with the support team to address this issue.
Could you please expedite the review and resolution of our business identity verification and secondary user identity verification?
I would greatly appreciate any assistance in addressing these issues.
