Hello, I am new seller and brand owner and about to publish my listing in baby products. As It is baby blanket do I need the CPC certification or not? And if I do not get it before shipping and inventory will reach amazon warehouse then how will I get the products certified? Are there any other compliance issue I will face?

Yes, you will need a certification.
It sounds like you wouldn't get it certified if you do it that way.
