Amazon lost my entire shipment twice at the same fulfillment center YXU1

I am extremely frustrated as Amazon has lost my entire shipment of 82 units from fulfillment center YXU1 after being stuck on delivered status for almost a month and to make matters worse this has happened twice at the same fulfilment center exactly a year apart as last year this time a shipment I sent to YXU1 was lost entirely. (All items were packaged neatly and labelled by me so all Amazon had to do was receive and scan each item to my inventory). Every other fulfilment center that I shipped to in Canada receives my items fully or might not count 1 or 2 items which is fine I guess as it might be human error but to lose 2 entire shipments is unacceptable and this is supposed to be a fulfulment center that is entirely automated so how can there be human error? It doesnt make sense. The products I have shipped are mostly DVDs, Blu ray discs and CDs either from my personal collection or bough from stores so I cannot provide an official invoice from a manufacturer. I took photos of the box contents before shipping but it doesn't matter to the support. Just extremely frustrated all around with selling on this platform. If anyone can help that would be great otherwise I will be reconsidering selling on Amazon.
