Reviews Violate Amazon's Community Guidelines
I would like to request the removal of reviews that I believe violates Amazon’s customer review guidelines. The review in question contains content that comments on the pricing of my product, which is not allowed unless it pertains directly to the product’s value or performance. The price they stated for the product does not match ours. The price of our product has always been $19.28, but the review in the picture is overpriced, which clearly does not match the product. In addition, as we can see from the reviews, our products are really good and it is obviously unfair to give us a bad review because of the price factor. There is also no way to know the speed of feedback for submitting reports, which will cause us to miss out on the promotion of new products.

Sorry, if both customers say that you sold it for 69.-- they can't be wrong both?
Anyway, since these are Vine reviewers you are allowed to contact them, from your brand registry dashboard I believe. NOT for asking to modify their review (against the TOS) but to tell them that the price is not 69.-- but 20.--. Maybe they will modify the text and add a star? You can always try.
But those reviews don't violate in no way Amazon's guidelines. Amazon will not remove them.

Did you ever go out of stock and another seller started selling it at $69?
