Is UniUni an approved Amazon shipper???

Is UniUni a confirmed Amazon integrated carrier or not? It is in our drop down menu but there is so much conflicting information on here.

The shipping API we are using marks the shipment by UniUni as 'other' Tthe other 4 methods do not apply.

Will using UniUni destroy our VTR?

Can Amazon please confirm?

Yes, using UniUni will destroy your VTR. Amazon does not consider UniUni an Amazon integrated shipping carrier as per the official help page articles policy.

They're not integrated yet.

Even if they were integrated, I would not use UNIUNI. Check their Google rating. You will have a lot of A-Z.

Their quote is indeed one of the cheapest

I dunno why some sellers on here always seem to want to use bargain basement carriers. It can and will lead to a poor customer experience. Why take the risk? It's no secret that UniUni doesn't even enter apartment buildings or buzz anyone and just leaves packages outside. If you don't have the customer's email address, how in the heck is the customer going to know where their package is?

I wish ICS Courier was. They are an awesome option on Net Parcel, very quick. Generally next day, well priced. Has tracking, but for whatever reason you'll get a VRT hit using them

The Help Page consults that if a carrier is on the drop-list menu, that means it is integrated with Amazon, but in reality, Seller Support confirmed to me they are not integrated.

Currently, I stopped using them until the issue of integration is resolved.

Unfortunately, I used UniUni a lot in the last 30 days, and my VTR is already below standard because of them.

Hi @Keep_It_Real,

Thank you for your post and the screenshot you have provided. While I am unsure why UniUni would appear on the drop down menu, I have forwarded this information to our internal teams to resolve the situation.

Short answer here is if UniUni is not on the integrated carrier list, then it will affect your Valid Tracking Rate.

For this reason, I would advise ensuring that going forward, you utilize a carrier that is a part of Amazon's integrated carrier list. You can access the Canadian specific list of carriers pulling up the Valid Tracking Rate Policy page from within your Canadian marketplace.

Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.

Regards,

Troy
