VTR dropping

I find it extremely unfair that Amazon won't let you find the best shipping options and flag your account (VTR) if you don't use their approved couriers such as Fleet Optics or Uniuni for example. Amazon actually uses Fleet Optics themselves but we are not allowed to. We should be allowed to find the most economical options in shipping as long as the packages have tracking and get to the customers within the allotted time for delivery. It's wrong they force us to use Canada Post for example which is much more expensive than these other couriers.

They don't force you to use Canada Post. We only use Canada Post for the really rural addresses where other couriers will not deliver to.

We use UPS, Purolator, Loomis and Fedex as well, and the tracking is integrated fine in Amazon's system.

Hello @Seller_2k9ll1WgKerX7

Thank you for posting your concern in the forums, this is Lucre, and I'm happy to assist.

I understand that you consider unfair that you're only allowed to use a few shipping carriers, please know that the purpose of offering a valid tracking is to ensure that your buyers are getting real time tracking of their shipments to increase trust and clarity of when their packages are delivered.

We have a set of approved carriers to set you up for success as a seller and meet buyer's expectations in terms of shipping.

As seller @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7mentioned, you're not necessarily obligated to use Canada Post, as we have a list of other approved carriers that may meet the delivery at a more convenient price. Additionally, you could also adjust your shipping templates to set up your prices more in line with shipping carrier cost.

Please review our policy about valid tracking rate below:

Thank you for your understanding, let me know if you need any other assistance.

valid tracking and proof of delivery but whose prices are much cheaper than almost every single approved courier on your list.

UniUni is horrible, you can't even get them to deliver inside an Apartment Building. They just leave it outside and mark it as delivered later, long after someone steals the package.
