Products are not available for sale despite active listing and inventory being in stock
Hi there,
I have issue with 5 ASINs being not available for purchase with FBA, despite active listings and inventory being in stock and shown as sellable. Everything is fine on Seller Central side, however, when I check the listing on amazon.ca, my offer is not available among all sellers selling these products (when selecting "Seeing all buying options", there's no TacozardCA store offer).
My store is currently on Vacation mode due to upcoming possible Canada Post strike, but listings in question are all FBA and are not affected by this mode.
Opened case 17717724011, support people checked listings and found no problems with them. Advised to delete listings and create new ones with same SKU, to refresh them. I did that, but my products are still not available for purchase.
I believe it is some sort of glitch on the platform, maybe programmers/developers can have a look at it? I exhausted all the regular support options to fix the issue, and this forum is my only option to get some help.

Following up on your post. I have looked at the case ending in 4011. Could you confirm for us that the vacation mode has been removed from your profile? If not, after changing vacation mode on your profile, could you confirm if inventory is showing active on the platform.
