This is a forum of other sellers, not Amazon. You should open a case with Seller "Support" under Help and then My Issue is not Listed. This is if you wish to use an Individual Account.
If you do wish to sell in the USA with a Professional Account, you are signing up with a Unified Account, in which you pay $39.99 US per month, no matter which countries (USA, Canada, Mexico and Brazil) you sell on. Put the ones you don't wish to use on Vacation Mode.
