Please help me with atoz

Hello

We sent our order numbered 702-4262882-0404254 to our customer

The customer received the order on January 22

The latest date it could be received was January 23

The customer's ATOS record was opened, a refund was given, the product remained with the customer

I received an e-mail on the same day, this situation would not affect my account health

I objected to the situation

My account health is currently at risk, I sent all my documents

You said my account health would not be affected, now my account health is affected

Why could this happen?

I sent the deliveries of Canada Post and Asendia cargo online, I also sent the invoice of the order

Please help me
