Just got this e-mail from Amazon.ca :

As a reminder, you must obtain and maintain commercial liability insurance within 30 days after you exceed CAD $10,000 in gross proceeds in sales in one month on Amazon.ca, or if otherwise requested by Amazon per section 9 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement with the policy naming Amazon as additional insured.
How can I obtain commercial liability insurance?
If you need a new commercial liability insurance policy, we’ve identified an insurance broker that provides commercial liability insurance. For more information, go to Zensurance and kbdinsurance (for sellers based out of Quebec).
When you obtain coverage for the products you sell, make sure that your policy fulfills our insurance policy requirements. For more information, go to Commercial Liability Insurance policy.

Now I ALREADY have a valid and accepted insurance policy approved on Amazon.COM and effective until November 2024.
This policy covers BOTH Amazon.COM and Amazon.CA.
I thought maybe they want me to ALSO upload the policy on Amazon.ca BUT THE PAGE TO UPLOAD THE POLICY DOESN'T EVEN EXIST!

What am I supposed to do now? I don't want my account to be suspended in 30 days because of this...

same problem here.. amazon did not set up well for Canada Seller, but asked us to upload it.

Eventually the individual looking after the Bots will wake up and realize that there's something missing and we'll then be able to upload our insurance certificates.
I would say the Over/Under on this happening is 19.5 days!

This bot began sending this email about two weeks ago or so. Personally, I'm ignoring it, since it makes no sense, and doesn't apply to me anyways. I can only wish I sold $10,000 in any month on Amazon.
There are many threads about this in the forum, as a ton of sellers are getting it whether its applicable or not. Some of them even say "we sent you a notice before about this" which of course they did not. Amazon seems to be trying to see how many glitches they can create this year before the big ones at Christmas.

I created a case with Seller Support and got this reply:

We have reviewed your email and noted your inquiry about Commercial liability insurance.
We investigated your inquiry and found that, your all verification and documents are okay and approved.
You don't need to do anything with these messages.

Same here - Amazon requested COI in Canada, but the Business Insurance page doesn't let me upload.
I messaged seller support and here is their reply:
"Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
From your email, we understand that you received an email from Amazon regarding Section 8, stating that need to be insured, but you no option upload the document. We will help you with this.
Please be informed that Sellers do not have to upload documents for verification. They will be requested for details upon receipt of a claim.
Upon receipt of a claim, you are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance as required by the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement, unless you can provide us with the details of the importer, brand owner or manufacturer of the defective product (collectively referred to as "Producers")."
