Valid Tracking StallionExpress and ChitChatsExpress

I am writing to implore Amazon.ca to include Stallionexpress.ca as a valid carrier. They provide an economical and efficient delivery of packages using major carriers and local couriers. All with tracking. The problem is, unless you use Canadapost Expedited it negatively impacts VTR. As an example; the least expensive "Canada Zone Skip" and CanadaPost Expedited are both delivered by Canadapost with tracking but Amazon does not recognize the first option - only trackable through Stallion express.ca website. The difference in cost of shipping a package this morning was $30!

Also, buy shipping is not an option for Canadians using Amazon.ca as it is when using Amazon.com. It is for shipments coming from China! I do not feel supported as a Canadian 3rd party seller on the Amazon.ca platform.

Anyone else feel the same way?

Any suggestions on how to address this issue with Amazon.ca?

Stallion isn't a "carrier", they are a shipping reseller. They don't handle the final mile delivery. You have to put in the final mile carrier in the tracking in order for it to work.

Regardless if they were integrated, Amazon will only back you up with a signature delivery, and that can only be done through Canada Post option.

It worked earlier this year when they were using intelcom but it was glitchy. Now it's Uniuni and even though amazon says there is integration for UniUni, it's not on Amazon's list of approved tracking carriers.

Amazon isn't the place to be using cheap discount bottom rate carriers. Customers order from Amazon to get good customer service and their orders on time, delivered fast without any issues!
