Unauthorized charges from Amazon CA MKT
I have had ongoing random charges on this market place account since September 5th 2023. I have over 15 cases opened and unresolved and the charges keep on coming. All listings were removed after the first charge. Absolutely no activity for sales or anything else on the account. I am considering attorneys and contacting government officials. This has wasted hours and hours of my time at this point.
I see other sellers having similar issues. I have tons of documentation and continue to get template answers and the cases closed without resolution. We are over $500 in fees now with no explanation.
Has anyone been through this and gotten a resolution?

I undestand your concern about the charges being made to your account. I see that you have opened Case ending on x5521 with our Seller Support Department, and they have provided an explanation and valuable instructions on how to prevent this.
My suggestion at this time is to follow those instructions or if you have additional concerns or doubts, to follow up with them directly so your account does not continue being charged.
