Help please, inactive account and unable to receive support and I have a pending sale
Hello,
I have a pending sale that I need to fulfill however my account is inactive. I have followed the instructions and have updated my vacations settings and my charge method numerous times and still my account is inactive.
I wouldn't be so stressed if it wasn't for the sale I need to fulfill. I'm also unable to refund the customer due to the inactive account.
Does anybody know what happens now that I can't reactivate my account, receive any support nor complete my order?
