Hi,

We are asked for a letter of authorization for adding secondary user to the account.

We provided the letter according to Amazon standards but it keeps being rejected. On top of this, the link they sent to a template is about brand authorization/trademark and not for a user.

As anyone successfully submitted this letter and would you mind sharing your template.
