How does this event work? Do we need to sign into a zoom call or is there a website we need to go to?

It took about 10 years for us to finally be able to setup automated unfulfillabel removal orders
It was the well known country code bug
As a result Amazon threw out thousands (thens of thousands?) of dollars of our inventory over the years despite our constant efforts to make manual removal orders for these goods (blocked by perpetual "in process transaction errors" until automated disposal was generated by Amazon).
Who will take responsibility for this? Unlikely to be Amazon,
