Anyone else experienced Amazon deleting customer reviews, but only 5-star reviews?
Amazon keeps deleting my 5-star customer reviews and 5-star reviews only.
I'm not posting this to get help from Amz moderators. I'm not posting multiple posts about the same thing.
Here, I'm posting for one purpose: to ask whether anyone else experienced the same thing, to learn whether it's a pattern or it's something that happens to me, only.
My product overall rating dropped from 4.7-4.8 to 3.6 due to five star review-deletions.
I'm selling via FBA, it's my own branded product and I'm a relatively new seller.
A few days ago, this happened again.
And this time, it was a review with stars only, no comments in words, so there is no way it could be "inappropriate" in content.
I haven't bought review services or asked friends of family. I have not violated the terms about reviews. I didn't ask for "leave a review if your experience is positive" or such thing. These are genuine customer reviews.
I contacted Seller Central and have written to Community something, which is responsible for reviews. I was told I would get replies from that department and perhaps get help reinstating reviews. But the latter never replied to me despite multiple emails.
So my hopes of getting help from Amz is 0. Again, purpose of writing is to gather information from other sellers, not to help correct this matter, as I know it won't be corrected.
