Hello, I recently donated an item to the Vine Program with the idea that I would be getting a review for it. I have not received one yet and I am wondering if it is too soon to be concerned. The item was shipped on April 15, 2026. Should I have had a review by now? Thank you for any advice and communication.

We have had some hit-and-miss issues with Vine reviews.
From our understanding, Vine reviewers have up to 30 days to submit their review, according to the Vine program rules. That said, Vine does remind reviewers that they are expected to submit a review(from what we understand), so hopefully the reviews will come through soon. Has the order been delivered?
In many cases, we see reviews come through within a week or so after delivery, which makes sense as some products require a few days of testing before a proper review can be written. However, we have also noticed that some reviews are submitted much closer to the 30-day deadline. Occasionally, we do not see a review at all — for example, we may send out 5 items and only receive 3–4 reviews in return.
