Fake, Unverified Reviews on new product from Competitor using THEIR ACTUAL Business Name (yes, you read that correctly)

I've already contacted Amazon about this issue which started 3 weeks ago when I launched 2 products that are in the same category. This category is in a regulated medical device space and there is only 1 other legal seller that has the appropriate Health Canada approval to sell these products (though there are a dozen or so illegal sellers that have been reported to both Amazon and Health Canada for removal).
Before I ever sold a single unit these asins, I received a 1 star unverified review from a "Buyer" with THE SAME NAME as the only other company that can legally sell these devices. The arrogance of this company to think they are so above reproach that they left a negative, unverified review on their competitors asin using their very distinct, very Chinese name and then, a week later, did the SAME THING on the second asin, again, before WE'D EVER SOLD A SINGLE UNIT OF THE PRODUCT!
Since then, I've received several unverified reviews on both asins in broken english that are making impossible claims about the safety and effectiveness of the device.
I have reported the reviews as fake through the customer facing listing page, I have 2 cases open in seller support for each asin and have reported the violation through the abuse page. I've gotten no updates or responses from Amazon and the first report was 3 weeks ago.
This is clearly a huge issue as this seller is in significant breach of Amazon's Terms of Service but worse off for my company is that a 1 star review during a product launch is a death sentence for a listing. And without purchases, how am I suppose to get reviews to dilute these fake reviews out, particularly when this competitor keeps adding more unverified fake reviews?
I'm looking for escalation to resolve this issue. This is as clear of a review manipulation violation as I've ever heard of in my 6 years selling on Amazon.
I can provide case numbers, asins, links to the reviews and links to the seller that is doing this.

quick note; Amazon has taken down 2 of the fake, unverified reviews (ones that did not use the companies name) but still hasn't removed the reviews that uses the companies name on each of the asin. I have still yet to get an update from Amazon about this.

Welcome to the Mainland China method of doing business. And because the country's authoritarian government needs to flood global markets with cheap, heavily government-subsidized export products of every kind imaginable to offset their crippling inflation, devastated real estate market, and other societal issues in order to pretend they're going to become the new world standard-bearer (they aren't), Amazon is absolutely flooded with products sold and shipped from there, by sellers who will use every trick in the book to undermine the competition. Amazon really needs to look into it before the media does, but honestly it's so widespread I'm no sure how effective any countermeasures would be.

I was able to find the case ending in 05961, where you addressed the issue with two ASINs receiving fake reviews. I see the team explained the process to follow, nevertheless, I just wanted to confirm, do you still need support with this? The reason why I asked is that reading the thread, I comprehend some reviews were removed, however, you mentioned that the ones you need to get removed are still showing up.
