Urgent Assistance Needed - Seller Account Verification Loop
Dear Amazon Executive Team,
My name is Will, and I have been a dedicated Amazon seller since 2013. Recently, I reactivated my account to start using FBA, but I have encountered a continuous issue that has made it impossible for me to proceed with my business.
Despite successfully submitting my verification documents and receiving confirmation emails stating, "You have been verified. Please sign in to Seller Central and start selling," I am repeatedly prompted to re-verify my account upon logging in. This cycle has repeated more than four times, and I have communicated with over 20 different Amazon representatives, yet the issue remains unresolved.
The repeated requests for verification and the inability to list my inventory for sale are severely impacting my business operations and causing significant distress. I believe my account may be glitched, as no resolution has been provided despite numerous attempts.


I kindly request your intervention to resolve this matter as soon as possible. I have attached a detailed timeline of my interactions with Seller Support for your reference.

UPDATE on this case
today i received addition 3 email from verification team stating verification was completed the banner verification still there however i notice the store had change from inactive to active and all my listing was now live , i not sure if just matter of time the re-verification banner would go away
