Following up on your case. After having a look at the case, we recommend waiting for the standard eligibility period to complete before requesting reconciliation. This allows for accurate inventory accounting and ensures all units, including those requiring transfer to other facilities for improved customer proximity, are properly documented.
Please check the reconciliation status again after the standard processing period has concluded, according to help page related to this, this could take 2 to 30 days. In some cases, it will take up to 60 days.

Same thing happened to me. Shipment plan auto-closed after 75 days when my shipment was in "delivered" status for over a month! They delayed receiving and now claiming there is no products in this shipment. You posted 2 months ago. Did you have any progress?
