Removal request cancelled
I am new to FBA and we have encounter our first returns. One item was deemed as in an unsellable condition. I understand that you need to create a removal request to have the item returned, and that you can also set up your account to have this done automatically, which I have done. I just checked on the status of this removal request and it is telling me that the request is cancelled. Why would they do this? Does this mean that my item will be destroyed? These are $1000 headphones and I definitely do not want them destroyed. Does anyone have any experience with this or any suggestions on what I can do?
