Canada Post Strike Cancellation Rate
Hey Amazon, there is a Canada Post strike in Canada. Maybe take a chill pill on cancellation rates updates for orders that come in with a PO Box address cause without Canada post we can't deliver???
I love dealing with American based companies that seemingly have zero clue as to what is happening outside their local sphere. Customers order with a PO Box, we contact them and let them know because of the strike they will need to supply a physical address, some answer, most do not. Order is cancelled as undeliverable shipping address and we get dinged. Makes total sense, just like most of amazons decisions do...

You can go into your shipping settings and turn off taking orders at PO boxes for the duration of the strike. That's what I did. And then you don't get dinged because you don't get the orders in the first place, and it forces the customer to write a real address.
