[URGENT] Trying to list product on Amazon store not being sold (my new product)

Hello,

I am trying to get my product listed on Amazon. I have run into 2 problems.

1. They keep denying my brand registry even though:

- I took a PICTURE of the product with the brand name on it, NOT digitally modified.

- I displayed ownership of my trademark through the Canadian Intellectual Property Office.

- I am verified to sell on Amazon, as I have provided all required documentation.

2. When I try to upload a product with the UPC that I have activated DIRECTLY FROM GS1 as per their request, it says:

"8572: You are using UPCs, EANs, ISBNs, ASINs or JAN codes that do not match the products you are trying to list. If you believe that you have reached this message in error, contact Seller Support..."

According to their documentation, this means that the product has "already been listed on amazon with that UPC" but I know for a fact that it hasn't.

So, with all that said, is there anyone who can help me get my product listed? I need to get it on the store ASAP, as my shipment will be ready quite soon, and I need to have the product listed before I can send a shipment to Amazon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have reviewed your post and checked that you have opened the case ID ending in 59901 with Selling Partner Support in order to address this situation, therefore, you would need them to provide you the outcome of the investigation they are doing.

In case of having any doubt or concern, please feel free to open your Seller Central Account, go to Help in the top right corner and click on Go to Case Log. In there, you will be able to see all the cases you have.
