The customer contacted us via the buyer-seller messages and requested a full refund. We promptly responded and refunded the full amount. However, the customer still left a 1-star review in the Seller Feedback, which was the same message/question they sent in the buyer-seller messages. We made efforts to reach out to the buyer and informed them about the full refund, despite their return request being initiated after the refund. Unfortunately, they ignored our messages and did not remove the feedback.
We kindly request the removal of the feedback.
