Vine Review Received for Wrong Product — Urgent Fulfillment Issue

Hi everyone,

I recently started a Vine enrollment for one of my new products. The program was activated, but my inventory had not yet reached the Amazon fulfillment center at that time.

Surprisingly, I received a Vine review before my stock became available. The review describes a product that doesn’t match mine

This makes me think a wrong product might have been sent by mistake, possibly due to a labeling or routing error.

I contacted Amazon support several times. One rep said it was a fulfillment error and promised to stop the Vine enrollment and remove the review. Another told me to wait 24 hours. However, the enrollment still appears active, and I’m worried more wrong items may be shipped.

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

How did you resolve it?

I would really appreciate any advice from fellow sellers or Amazon staff here.

This was probably an error on the part of the Vine reviewer, they were likely trying to review a different Vine product and accidentally clicked on yours when submitting the review. You can report the review for being about the wrong product and may have a chance of getting it removed.
