Policy violations refer to a Selling Partner breaking the rules listed in the Selling Policies and Code of Conduct.

How do I report a violation?

To report a violation, you need to go to the Report Abuse page in Seller Central, select the violation type, provide order or ASIN details, describe the issue including seller name, item details, stores affected and explain how it violates policy. Supporting documentation can also be provided.

What next?

All reports are thoroughly investigated by Amazon and the appropriate disciplinary actions will be taken if violations are found. For privacy reasons, the results of the investigations cannot be disclosed.
