Amazon has debited funds from my account even though the order is delivered to the customer.

Good day, my problem concerns an order that I completed and delivered to the customer.

Order: 205-1872883-2624332

The order was delivered by Royal Mail on time. I sent a link to track the shipment from the Royal Mail website, which shows all the information with updates on the status of the shipment, there is proof of delivery provided by the Royal Mail courier.

Despite this, Amazon has debited funds from my account for A-Z Claim. This is unfair. As a Seller, I have fulfilled my obligations in 100% in connection with the fulfillment of this order, and yet Amazon's decision is:

"The customer reported an issue with delivery. In this case, the tracking information indicates 'delivered', but the customer did not receive the package. Because you provided sufficient information that proves the order was actually received by the customer, we will not count the claim against your Order Defect Rate." The Royal Mail carrier even provides proof of delivery in the form of a photo. And yet I can't get my money back for fulfilling this order. Outrageous.

This decision is unfair and burdens me as a Seller with high costs.

I tried to contact the Buyer but without any response from him. The Royal Mail carrier delivered this order and provides a delivery confirmation but still I can't get my money back. How is this possible?

I kindly ask for help from an Amazon employee. This is a large amount for me, losing my money like this even though I fulfill orders will cause me to go bankrupt soon.

Thanks in advance.
