Do I need approvals to sell branded products from the manufacturer? Like Crest or Bayer
everything I list from Razor scooter to crest says restricted or needs approval. My account is new. And I’ve filled out everything. How do I fix this?

Yes, if you are selling a branded product, there is a good chance that you will need permission from the brand to sell their products on Amazon.
Note that the approval is in the form of a written Letter of Authorization FROM THE BRAND. A distributor cannot give you permission, although many are willing to offer it.
And to cut to the chase, the brands you mentioned are not going to give you approval. Unless you have a relationship already (B&M store, etc.), most of the bigger brands are not interested in having more 3P sellers selling their products here.
Spend some time reading the forums; pay special attention to anything mentioning "Section 3", or "Inauthentic", or just "Deactivated". You'll learn a lot; and better to learn from the mistakes of others than to make them yourself.

Hi there @Seller_zpHbopP1xEorT,
Thank you for reaching out with your questions regarding products requiring approval. In general Amazon may require that you apply to sell in a specific category, for a specific Brand, or even specific individual products. You will need to ensure that you have appropriate invoices and meet the sourcing guidelines. For some Brands Amazon also requires you have a Letter of Authorization to ensure you have approval to use the trademark. You will need to makes sure you are meeting these expectations in order to sell these products. Thank you for your understanding.
