CHITCHATS AND VLT

I was bumped from amz for 10 days because, it turns out, I was using the "select" rate offered by chitchats for single dwelling addresses. The difference between that and the regular chitchats rate (let alone the even higher cpost rate) is significant and often, outside of cities, dramatic - 40% less in some cases. The courier chitchats works with is intelcom, the very one amazon.ca uses for deliveries to my house. And yet, intelcom is not recognized as a "valid" partner for amazon sellers. I now require higher shipping, which will make fewer sales, which makes less for amazon. A very simple solution would be to add intelcom / chitchats to amazon approved partners. I used these rates for nearly a year before fate caught up with me. Hundreds of shipments and no complaints. If someone at amazon is listening, please speak to whoever makes such changes happen.

As per the Amazon Canada Shipping and Tracking Policy, Intelcom can only be used for heavy/bulky item deliveries that are exempt from VTR% rate.

I am also using chit chats who ship mostly through Intelcom. I have been using their services for 2 months now without a problem. Can you please explain what issue did you face? Although Intelcom is not in the drop down menu but I manually enter it under Others and also upload the tracking numbers.

I have also had 2 AtoZ claims for non-delivery go my way using Intelcom tracking. Is there something I am missing?

Same happened to me A wants FBA and due to small number/amount of businesses compare to US in CAN they not doing anything

I am using ChitChat Cpost option cheaper then Cpost direct

A is losing lot more then small business like us

Till A opens the eyes and make some changes Good Luck
