I'm saddened by the fact that Amazon never seriously reviews A-to-Z claims and just automatically refunds the buyer.

I complained yesterday about an order that had been delivered, the buyer said they received it and the logistics info showed delivery, but the response given after the complaint was "You did not provide the name of the carrier or the carrier's website does not show any tracking information".

We use Canada Post and the logistics information is clearly available. And we also said it was Canada Post when we complained. I don't understand why Amazon would say something like that.

Is there a professional who can resolve this order?

In this case, if you take a look at the order in your Seller Central Account, you used another carrier, therefore, Amazon was following the indication in your appeal, but they were unable to find the details because Canada Post is not showing up results. One hint here, the carrier you used was JY Express.

My recommendation in this case is for you to appeal again, providing the correct details as per your Seller Central account.
